okay.
i shall start writing
about my thoughts on Gattaca.
overall..
Gattaca is a nice show.
about
geneshowever, human should'nt
be controlled by genes
in the near future.
i don't quite belive in eugenics.it will be kind of ridiculous if
your genes determine what
your future job is.
if that's really the case,
there will be no meaning in life..
in gattaca,
vincent freeman is a genetically imperfect man
and his life-long goal is to travel in space...
but just because of his genes,
it seems unobtainable.
the society then
discriminates against your genes
instead of your race or religion.
vincent changes identity with jerome
who is "perfect"
and therefore
fullfilled his dream...
i will end here then. (:

i finally have time to blog.. :)

on the day before chuxi.
xiao jiu mu, xiao jiu n holy [cousin]
came frm hongkong
at 11++pm
i waited fer them.. haha
dey will be staying at our hse. LOL
holy is 11 this yr.

da yi ma, da yi zhang n weizhong [cousin]
came n ate steamboat
may things to eat! YUM
aft er jiu, er jiu mu n titus [cousin] came too..
but dey din eat. cos dey ate earlier on
so.. de adults were playing mahjong
n we were gambling. HAHA
dey left fer home at bout 12?
i dunno.

i kept playing wif holy's tamagotchi
childish me. hehe
went to da gu ma's hse firx
ate de popiah dey made fer lunch
its kinda a tradition. lol
to eat popiah dere evry yr
den we went off to meet
all other relatives at jiu gong's hse
many many ppl dere..
we sat arnd for sum time.

we reached da yi ma's hse to have dinner.

we gambled dere agn..
n de adults were playing mahjong agn
since dere's 2 sets of mahjong
we played too. LOL
n i kept losing. haha

we were on our way grandma's grave
she died b4 i was even born. :(

we were on an expressway
den astor was lyk "speeding"
n dere was traffic police
checking for overspeeding!
den is lyk de traffic police got on his bike
n started to come towards us..
n vans are nt supposed to have ppl
sitting at the back.
but de traffic police just overtook us. PHEW.
just a min aft tt.
i saw another traffic police racing behind..
we were all ducking
so as not to be seen..
den de traffic police's bike was lyk

he can see thru de glass all ryt
luckily he dint catch us. lol
we kept de cards beforehand..

we reached yi po's hse
n had lunch dere..
